Cinz.AI collects very little about you, and this page explains all of it in plain language: what we collect, why, who handles it, and how to reach us about it.
Cinz.AI is operated by Cinzia Ruberto, PO BOX 69003, Laval, Quebec H7X 3M2, Canada. Cinzia is the person responsible for the protection of personal information at Cinz.AI. You can reach her at privacy@cinz.ai.
When you subscribe to the newsletter. Your email address, and anything else you choose to give us on the sign-up form. We use it to send you the newsletter and, occasionally, news about workshops and programs. The sign-up form and the mailing list are run by Beehiiv, our newsletter provider. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
When you book a call. Your name, email address, and anything you type in the booking form. We use it to schedule and hold the call. Bookings are handled through Google Calendar appointment scheduling.
When you email us. Whatever you include in your message. We use it to reply to you.
When you visit this website. This site uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking tools, and we set no cookies of our own. Our host, Cloudflare, may set one short-lived security cookie (called __cf_bm) that helps tell real visitors from automated traffic. It is not used to identify you or follow you to other sites, and it expires within about 30 minutes. Cloudflare also processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site, protect it from abuse, and give us aggregate statistics such as how many visits the site receives. We do not use any of this to identify or profile you.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers that help us run Cinz.AI:
Some of these providers store information outside Quebec and outside Canada, mainly in the United States. Each has its own privacy policy that applies when you use their service, including the newsletter archive and sign-up pages on newsletter.cinz.ai, which are hosted by Beehiiv.
Newsletter information is kept until you unsubscribe. After that, your address stays on a suppression list so we do not email you again by mistake. Booking and email correspondence is kept as long as we need it to work with you, then deleted.
You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can withdraw your consent to the newsletter by clicking unsubscribe in any email, or by writing to us. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@cinz.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
This site is served over HTTPS, and we rely on established providers with their own security programs. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the amount of information we hold to a minimum, which is the best protection there is.
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with an updated effective date. Significant changes will be mentioned in the newsletter.
