AI Ready Teams

A 30-day program that gets your team using AI in real work, and keeps it going.

You bought the licenses. Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, maybe all three. A few people love it. A few people won't touch it. Most are somewhere in the middle, using it like a fancy search bar.

That's not a people problem. It's a launch problem. Tools show up, and the onboarding never does.

AI Ready Teams fixes that in 30 days.

Who it's for

Small teams of 3 to 50 people who already pay for AI tools and want to see them used. You might not have an HR department or a training lead. Or you do, and their plate is already full. Your team spans different ages and comfort levels with tech. And you want AI to become part of how work gets done, not a one-time workshop everyone forgets by Friday.

Available in English and French.

How it works

Week 0: Set your goal and see where everyone stands

We start with you. What do you want AI to change for your business? Fewer hours on admin, faster client replies, more time to grow. That goal shapes everything that follows.

Then I meet each person for 15 minutes and ask one simple question: how are you using AI right now? Their answers place them on a three-level map.

  • Chatter: asks it questions.
  • Doer: uses it for real tasks and checks the results.
  • Builder: creates workflows and reusable prompts.

You get a one-page snapshot of your team and a quick audit of what you pay for versus what gets used.

Weeks 1 to 2: Build the foundation, then put it to work

First, everyone gets the same foundation: what AI does well, where it slips up, and how to check its work.

Then we get practical. Which parts of your work could AI take off your plate, so you have more time for the work that matters most? Sessions are hands-on, grouped by level, and built on your team's real tasks. Everyone leaves with a prompt library for the work they do every week.

Throughout: Bring everyone along

Some people are curious. Some are worried. Both are normal. I spend one-on-one time with the hesitant folks, because that's where adoption is won or lost.

Weeks 2 to 4: Practice until it's a habit

A 5-minute weekly check-in asks one thing: what did you use AI for this week? Plus office hours for questions as they come up.

Week 4: Hand it over so it lasts

This is the part most training skips. Before I leave, your team has three things in place.

  • Simple AI rules. A two-page guide covering which tools you use, what information is safe to share, and when a human double-checks the output.
  • An AI champion. One person on your team, trained and coached by me, who keeps momentum going week after week.
  • Clear ownership. Who approves new tools, who supports the team, and where your shared prompts and workflows live, so nothing walks out the door when someone leaves.

What you walk away with

By day 30, you'll see your progress toward the goal you set in week 0, a before-and-after view of your team, and real examples of time saved. You'll also have a shared prompt library, your AI rules, a trained champion, an ownership map, and an onboarding checklist for every new hire.

In short, AI becomes part of how your team works, and it keeps working without me.

After day 30

Want support as tools change and your team grows? An optional monthly plan includes quarterly check-ins, ongoing coaching for your champion, new-hire onboarding, and rule updates when new tools arrive.

Questions

Do my people need to be technical?

Not at all. If they can write an email, they can do this.

What tools do you cover?

Whatever you already pay for. Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others.

Is this a legal compliance program?

It isn't legal advice. I help you set practical, everyday rules for safe use. For formal legal requirements, check with your advisor.

What if part of my team is resistant?

That's expected, and it's built into the program. Resistance usually comes from worry, not stubbornness. We address it directly.

Can it be done in French?

Oui. The full program is available in French or English.
